Shipping policy

We aim to dispatch orders within 2 working days. We attend a number of county shows through the year, so occasionally there may be a short delay, and we will email you if so. In any case your order will be delivered within 30 days.

Orders are sent by Royal Mail to addresses in the UK, including Northern Ireland, the Highlands and islands and need to be signed for. Standard postage is £5.99. For orders of several items a courier may be more suitable, in which case we will contact you to agree this and any extra cost before dispatching.

If you cancel your order after it has been dispatched, we refund the standard postage of £5.99. If you chose an upgraded delivery service, we refund the standard rate only. Where we arranged a courier at our suggestion, we refund the full delivery cost you paid.

You will receive an email when your order is on its way. We deliver to the address given at the time of ordering unless you tell us otherwise before dispatch.

If nobody is available to sign, Royal Mail will leave a card explaining how to rearrange delivery or collect from your local depot. If a parcel is not collected and returns to us, we will refund you for the goods and the postage you paid. If you would still like your order, we will ask you to pay postage again before we resend it.

We can post to other parts of the UK and outside the UK by prior arrangement. Please contact us before ordering. Any import duties or customs charges are payable by you.

If you change your mind after delivery, please see our Returns and Refunds Policy. You pay the cost of returning the goods to us.
