Refund policy

Changing your mind

Because you are buying online, you have a legal right to change your mind. You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to tell us in writing that you wish to cancel, and a further 14 days to send the goods back to us. This applies to everything we sell, including sale items.

To cancel, email mandy@manteaux.co.uk or write to us at the address below, quoting your order number. Any clear written statement will do. A model cancellation form is included at the bottom of this page, but you do not have to use it.

Return postage

You pay the cost of returning the goods to us. Our garments are high in value, so please return them using a tracked and signed for service and keep your proof of postage. The goods remain your responsibility until they reach us.

What we refund

We refund the price of the goods plus the standard postage of £5.99. If you chose an upgraded delivery service, we refund the standard rate only. Where we arranged a courier at our suggestion, we refund the full delivery cost you paid.

We refund within 14 days of receiving the goods back, or of the day you show us they have been sent, whichever is sooner. Refunds are made to the original payment method.

We may reduce your refund to reflect any loss in value if a garment has been worn or handled beyond what is necessary to check its fit and condition, for example if it comes back without its tags.

How to return

Please send returns to Manteaux, PO Box 436, Horley, Surrey, RH6 6AA, with your name and order number inside the parcel.

Faulty or damaged goods

If something arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, please contact us as soon as you can and send a photograph if you are able to. Within 30 days of delivery you can reject the goods and have a full refund. After that we will repair or replace them, and if we cannot, we will refund you. We pay the return postage on faulty goods, so please get in touch before sending anything back.

Missing or incorrect items

Every order is checked before it is sent. If anything is missing or incorrect, please let us know within 14 days of receiving your order so we can put it right.
